- Didalam periuk yang sesuai, panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar bersama daun kari hingga wangi. Masukkan serbuk kari & serbuk rempah ketumbar. Kacau sekali sekala hingga elok masak & pecah minyak.

- Masukkan santan & bahan perasa, fishcake, tauhu pok & biarkan mendidih lagi. Balancekan rasa jika ok tutup api..
